Victoria Allman Lettings was established by Victoria Allman to bring a fresh approach to the rental market in the South Cotswolds region.
“I wanted to create an agency that really focused on doing the business of lettings exceptionally well.

Our team
As Founder and Managing Director, Victoria Allman brings over 18 years of experience in the rental market having run high-performing agencies in south west London and the Cotswolds.
Before setting up Victoria Allman Lettings, Victoria established the lettings business of James Pyle & Co as the leading agency in the South Cotswolds area.
Victoria is a licensed ARLA Propertymark agent and expert on the local property market and changing industry regulations.
Laura Summers, Lettings Manager, initially teamed up with Victoria at James Pyle & Co and has 6 years of experience in lettings in the local area.
Laura has a particular talent for property management, helping landlords and tenants to experience a rewarding and stress-free journey in the rental market.
