Landlord Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Victoria Allman Lettings Limited Landlord Referral Programme (“the Programme“). By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are UK residents.

Employees, contractors, and agents of Victoria Allman Lettings Limited are not eligible to participate.

Referrals must be genuine and made in good faith. Self-referrals are not permitted.

3. How to Participate

A “Referrer” refers to an individual who submits the details of a potential new landlord (“Referred Landlord”) using the official referral form at victoriaallman.co.uk or any other method specified by Victoria Allman Lettings Limited.

A “Referred Landlord” is an individual or entity who has not previously engaged with Victoria Allman Lettings Limited and is not already in our database.

The Referrer must have the consent of the Referred Landlord to share their contact details with Victoria Allman Lettings Limited.

4. Reward Criteria

The Referrer will be eligible for the reward once the Referred Landlord:

• Signs a Letting and/or Property Management Agreement with Victoria Allman Lettings Limited, and
• The property is successfully let to a tenant through Victoria Allman Lettings Limited.

Rewards will not be paid if the Referred Landlord does not proceed or cancels before the tenancy begins.

5. Reward Details

The reward is £200, paid as a bank transfer within 30 days after the qualifying tenancy start date.

There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make, provided each referral meets the criteria.

6. Data Protection

All personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy (victoriaallman.co.uk/privacy-policy).

The Referrer must obtain consent from the Referred Landlord to share their details with us.

7. Tax

Rewards may be subject to income tax. It is the responsibility of the Referrer to declare this to HMRC (or any other relevant tax authority) and pay any tax due.

8. Fraud and Misuse

Victoria Allman Lettings Limited reserves the right to refuse payment or cancel participation if it suspects fraudulent activity, abuse of the Programme, or breach of these terms.

9. Amendments and Termination

Victoria Allman Lettings Limited may amend or withdraw the Programme at any time without notice. Changes will not affect referrals already accepted and confirmed before the amendment date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
